Nurse Practitioner

Kirsten Slagle joined our practice in 2009. She was on the Dean’s list at Randolph-Macon College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and graduated Cum Laude. She also completed her Master of Science in Nursing (Pediatric) at Virginia Commonwealth University.  She has also completed training to be a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Kirsten was involved with a research team with Quantum Resources/Wyeth Consumer Healthcare which developed and researched nutritional products. She and her husband have two children, Hailey and Spess.  Kirsten enjoys spending time and being active with family, all things outdoors, and has a passion for running.
