Dr. G. Thomas Rowe

G. Thomas Rowe, MD, FAAP

Dr. Rowe is a graduate of Randolph Macon College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Master of Science degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Physiology. His master’s thesis concerning oxygen free radical damage to cardiac muscle was published in Circulation Research Journal. He obtained his Medical Degree and received his post graduate training at the Medical College of Virginia. He is certified in Pediatric Basic and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He joined the practice in 1991. He has worked as Pediatric Emergency Physician at the Chippenham campus of CJW Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Rowe has been recognized as a “Top Doc” by Richmond Magazine and is listed in “The Best Doctors in America.” He has two sons, Mac and Jake. Dr. Rowe and his wife, Stacey, enjoy many outdoor activities with the boys in addition to golfing, landscaping, and “grilling just about anything.”
