Charles V. Terry, MD, FAAP
Dr. Terry is a graduate of Washington and Lee University (Cum Laude, Bachelor of Science in Biology, Omicron Delta Kappa). He completed his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He received his pediatric post graduate training at North Carolina Baptist Hospital/Bowman Gray School of Medicine under the tutelage of Dr. Jimmy Simon. He joined the practice in 1987 and currently serves as president of the practice. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Virginia. He has served as chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at both St. Mary’s Hospital and Henrico Doctor’s Hospital and as president of the Medical Staff at Henrico Doctor’s Hospital. Dr. Terry has been recognized as a “Top Doc” by Richmond Magazine and is listed in “The Best Doctors in America.” Dr. Terry is a former member of the Board of Trustees at The Steward School. He and his wife, Susan (Pitt), have two children, Walker and Caroline. Dr. Terry enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.
